From Perga Paul and Barnabas journeyed to the central part of
modern-day Turkey to the major Roman colony of Antioch in
Pisidia. (Several cities of the day were named after Antiochus,
the name of several Greek rulers.) The photo shows the
aquaduct that carried water to the city. The tenure here was
important enough to warrant almost a full chapter in Acts
(13:14-51).
